Having worked for several busy private practices as well as in the Department of Education, Eva has managed an extremely wide and varied adult & paediatric case-load including voice, auditory processing disorder, dyslexia, speech, language, stuttering, accent modification, dysphagia, stroke and brain injury, plus provision of speech and language pathology services in schools.
Eva has extensive experience working with children with CAPD — central auditory processing disorders. Her understanding of the impact of CAPD on learning and literacy in combination with her insights in dyslexia have made Eva passionate about helping school-age children with their reading and spelling difficulties.
Eva is currently employed by the Department of Education as well as managing her private practice. At her clinic rooms in Preston, Eva provides therapy for: voice disorders and chronic cough, auditory processing disorder, dyslexia and reading difficulties, speech, language and stuttering.
Eva is a member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPAA), Australian Voice Association (AVA), the Laryngology Society of Australasia (LSA), the Australian National Association of Teachers of Singing (ANATS) and Specific Learning Difficulties (SPELD).
Eva delights in choral singing and has performed with several choirs throughout Australia as well as overseas. Currently, she sings with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Chorus.
With her understanding of voice function and experience working with clients with voice disorders Eva is keen to help all who wish to improve their voice.
